We make every effort to keep our web site updated with the current price and
availability of all our products. However, due to the nature of internet
browsing, an item may not be updated the instant it changes. For instance, your
shopping cart may contain a product that was available when you added it to
your cart, but has become unavailable before you completed your purchase. You
may be notified throughout your transaction that an item in your cart is no
longer available. For this reason, the products we sell are subject to
availability and the status of availability should be used as a guide only. We
can make no guarantees regarding price or availability.

Insufficient Stock
We currently do not have enough quantity of a product in stock to fulfill the
quantity of the product you are purchasing. This can be caused either by you
requesting a quantity that is higher than our current stock at the beginning of
your shopping experience or our current quantity has been depleted while you
were completing your purchase (someone else purchased some first). If we have
some stock remaining, you will be notified how many we have left and given the
opportunity to adjust your order. If, however, we have completely sold out of
an item, the item is no longer available and you will be required to remove it
from your order.

We currently have enough quantity of a product in stock to fulfill the quantity
of the product you are purchasing.

Currently Restocking
We have temporarily sold all our stock of the particular product. However, we
are currently in the process of ordering some more and will generally have them
available for purchase again in about 3 - 5 days.

Similar to 'Currently Restocking' where we have temporarily sold all our stock
of the particular product. However, we are unsure of the time at which this
product will be available again for purchase.

Out of Stock
We have sold all our stock of the particular product. However, we are currently
unable to rebuild our stock of this product. Thus, the product will remain
unavailable for purchase for an undetermined amount of time.

Here at Dragon Talon Games LLC, we focus our efforts on making the customer
experience as rewarding as possible. We prefer to concentrate on increasing our
inventory lines and providing great customer service through all steps of your
order. Our prices are based on many factors that take into account the
manufacturer's price and the market. We try to continually monitor the market
and adjust our prices to stay competitive and feel confident that our prices
are fair.
With this in mind, we do not price match. We also don't offer any discounts for
large orders. We want the customer experience to be at the same level of
excellence for all our customers and not just concentrate on those that fall
into special circumstances.

New Games
These items come direct from distributors or manufacturers, have never been
played, and are sealed in their original containers. The majority of the
products we sell fall into this category.

Used Games
From time-to-time we may find used copies of older, out of print titles. These
items are ready to play and have been cleaned up and checked to be sure they
contain all necessary pieces.

Like-New Games
These items are essentially the same as New Games. They come direct from
distributors or manufacturers, have never been played, and are sealed in their
original containers. The contents of the game are still intact in new
condition; however, they may contain minimal damage on the game packaging
itself such as dings and dents..
Please Note: We cannot accept pre-orders, backorders, and reservation
requests for Like-New or Used products. These items become available on a very
unpredictable schedule and are not planned for in any way. If, for some reason,
an order for a Like-New or Used product cannot be filled, we will offer the
same product at its regular price if it is available in New condition.

These are items that may be in production and the manufacturer has not shipped
them yet. Although we don't currently have the item in stock, we do allow the
item to be preordered and therefore reserved for you for when the stock becomes
available.

expect a new item to be completed and shipped. From time-to-time a manufacturer
may change this date. We will do our best to get these items as soon as they
become available but sometimes the date may change for reasons beyond our

quoted on our web site are based on initial information provided by the
manufacturer; but sometimes during production of an item, the manufacturer
alters their pricing for the item, which affects the price at which we are able

Preorder items are estimated prices. As with any such item, we will confirm
your order and the price of the item before shipping.

Occasionally we run out of stock of an item. Many things can cause this such as
the demand for an item being more than we expected or that we currently can't
restock the item from the manufacturer. This may be caused while they are in
the middle of print runs. If we expect to be able to reorder the item, we will
make the item available to purchase as a Backorder.

Dragon Talon Games is committed to providing reliable, friendly service. We
realize from time-to-time circumstances may arise that will require the
cancellation of an order. An order may be cancelled up until the order has been
shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but may
be eligible to be returned (please see Returns below).

We will accept a return for any item in its original, unopened condition within
15 days of your receipt of the order. We can refund shipping costs only
if the return is a result of our error.
Any request for a return must be made within 15 days of the shipping date (the
date that we shipped the item to you). Further more, the item must be shipped
back to us no later than 7 days from the date that you requested the return and
received an RMA number.
*Note: Holiday gift item returns/exchanges: All purchases made between November
15th and December 25th may be returned in their original, unopened condition
for an exchange/refund until January 15th. A game can not be considered as a
holiday purchase if it was purchased prior to November 15th of that year.
All returns require prior authorization by Dragon Talon Games. You will be given
a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) to reference when making your
return. If you need to return an item, please visit our RMA request page. After
completing the form on the page, you will be contacted with your assigned RMA
number and instruction on where to ship the item to and what to include with
your shipment. If you have any questions, email us. You must have this return
authorization number for your return to be processed .
When we receive a return, we can issue you a refund of the purchase price in the
form of Dragon Talon Games credit, which may be applied toward an exchange or a
future purchase; we can also issue a refund to the credit card used for the
original purchase. Gift recipients returning an item will be issued Dragon
Talon Games credit for the purchase price of the item(s); credit card refunds
can only be given to the original purchasers.
When sending an item back, please include:

Please be sure to package your return so as to protect it from any damage during

the box and packing material you received the product in. For your protection,
please use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your shipment and make sure
you receive a tracking number.
We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed
the returned item.

checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for game orders.

Paying by check or money order
You may send us a personal check or money order in U.S. dollars for the amount
of your order. Please note that currently we are only able to accept money
orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and
drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number
(ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom of the check. Paying by check will
significantly slow down your order, as we don't ship the games to you until
your funds clear. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check
typically delays your order by 2-4 weeks.

Dragon Talon Games offers a hand delivery shipping option to help our local customers on their shipping costs. There is a fee for hand delivery, but it is considerably less than other shipping options. Hand deliveries are limited to the following cities in Missouri: O'Fallon, St. Peters, and parts of St. Charles. All hand deliveries are processed the next business day following order placement. This allows us time to process the order and schedule multiple deliveries. Generally, we will discuss the specifics of a delivery after you've placed an order. Deliveries can be made Monday - Friday 4:30pm - 9:00pm. If nobody is home to receive the package(s), items will be dropped off and left on the porch. Dragon Talon Games, LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or non-received products on a drop-off delivery. If you are interested in a hand delivery option, please notify Dragon Talon Games, LLC via the contact us page. Please include your account userid so that we can review your address and verify that you are eligible for hand delivery. If we verify that your address does quailfy, we will notify you and flag your account for hand delivery. Once your account is flagged for hand delivery it will show up as a shipping option on the shipping page of the checkout process.

Dragon Talon Games offers free shipping on orders shipped to destinations within
the Continental United States (48 contiguous - excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, etc.) that have a total product cost of $125.00 US or
more.
Please note that free shipping is only available for Ground shipping to physical addresses only and does not include Post Office Boxes or Military Addresses. There is no discount on
expedited shipping. Total product cost includes only the cost of the products
within the order and does not include the cost of sales tax and shipping.
If your order contains products totalling more than $125.00 US and is being
shipped to a destination within the Continental United States, the free
shipping will show up in the list of available shipping methods and will
display a cost of $0.00.

To ensure the best service to our international customers, we offer only FedEx
International shipping; this provides online tracking ability and prompt,

We offer 2 options for shipping international packages via FedEx. We can ship
FedEx International Priority, which generally takes 2 - 3 days for delivery, or
FedEx International Economy, which generally takes 2 - 5 days for delivery to
the specified country.

the games on the customs documentation Customs and import polices vary from
country to country. You are responsible for any taxes, customs charges,
clearance fees, or other import charges which may be assigned to the package.

If for some reason you have not received your item, please notify our customer
support at customersupport@dragontalongames.com . We will contact the shipper
and attempt to track your package down. We will then notify you of any
information we have received and let you know your options on how to proceed.

We treat all orders here at Dragon Talon Games as if we were shipping them to
ourselves. We want the products to arrive in the best possible condition they
can. While we do our best to pack orders so that they arrive in the best
possible condition, sometimes our packages, and their contents, are damaged in
transit.
If your order is damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately. For
our US customers, we will send replacements to you right away, and begin the
claim process with FedEx. Keep all original packaging, including cartons and
contents, until the claim resolution process is finished. This may (and often
does) require you to surrender the damaged item(s) to FedEx. In these
instances, FedEx will pick up the damaged package at the place where it was
delivered.
